PDC conducts slope stability assessments for a variety of developments including residential dwellings, subdivisions, road cuttings, and embankments.

Our reports include landslide risk assessment and tailored recommendations for development on sloping terrain—often forming part of Council Development or Building Approval submissions.

Two of our engineers are accredited RMS Slope Risk Assessors (TfNSW Guide to Slope Risk Analysis V4) and are qualified to perform TMR Slope Risk Assessments on Queensland’s state-controlled road network, as well as for local government clients.
